The Social Innovation Studio
A 10-week journey to activate your purpose by creating viable offerings that spark systemic change.
Limited seats remaining - the Studio launches mid-June.
Do you ever feel like the systems around us are crumbling—and somehow, that's the moment you've been waiting for?
You see the current moment as opportunity
  • With climate change, there's the opportunity to develop resilient and regenerative infrastructure that heals the earth.
  • With social and political unrest, there's the opportunity to re-think how we organize and make decisions as humans to work towards a shared vision of thriving.
  • With economic injustice, there's opportunity to re-shape our economy to serve shared abundance between humans and our ecosystems.
However, Being a pioneer of transformation isn’t easy. It can come with some challenges.
  • Scattered focus: Seeing the connections between everything makes it hard to start with solving a single problem.
  • Lack of resources: Having a heart for service makes it difficult to gain the revenue and resources you need to thrive, not just survive.
  • Big vision, small steps: The big vision you have drives motivation, but it can be discouraging to make progress in a world that feels broken.
  • No aligned support: You feel like you're working on an island and want to connect with a community that shares your values and vision.
Despite all this, you keep making progress, cultivating the connections, knowledge, and skills you need to succeed. That's why you're here.
In the Social Innovation Studio, you’ll join others who are turning complexity into clarity, ideas into offerings, and vision into traction.
If you resonate with this, you're a Social Innovator, like us. Welcome home.

Stories from our previous work that informed the Studio:
Silvi
Tested a lightweight prototype of a reforestation app with farmers in Kenya. The experiment helped validate demand and informed the pitch that secured a $100K investment.
Impactathon
Launched a micro-experiment to test a “systems hackathon” model. Now adopted by 20+ institutional partners across education, government, and philanthropy.
EASE
Ran co-design interviews and facilitated early-stage experiments to shape a community data platform. The pilot is now funded and in development with strong community alignment.
Permascaping
Prototyped a “permablitz” experience to explore how neighbors could co-create regenerative landscapes. The feedback shaped a model to make permaculture design more accessible in urban Phoenix.

"As a Founder, I often struggle to bridge the gap between big-picture dreams and tactical reality. Enter Interform. Interform has helped break down my long-term vision into achievable 3-4 month sprints, grounding my team at Silvi in action. What's extra special is that Adam doesn't lose sight of the north star, yet is gifted at being able to synthesize priorities for everyone involved."
  • Djimo, Founder of silvi.earth

"Working with Adam and Interform has been a transformative experience for me and my business. Adam has a remarkable ability to ask the right questions—ones that prompt deep reflection and clarity around my business vision, purpose, and impact.
What I appreciate most is how he consistently brings the focus back to why I do what I do—the people I want to serve, the difference I want to make, and the bigger picture of my mission. His guidance is not just strategic but deeply thoughtful, compassionate, and encouraging. He helps me organize and direct my thoughts in a way that leads to real action and progress."
Brandon Murdock, co-founder of BAM (Body Alignment Method)

"As someone who's working on a systems change vision that involves both for-profit and non-profit entities, Interform has been an invaluable ally. Working with Interform helped me synthesize my big vision into distinct programs, which then supported me in fundraising for much larger grants. Adam worked with me to clarify the big vision and the core program offerings, and Sandra helped me find larger grants than I had previously thought possible. I feel very supported and excited for whats to come!"

"Working with Adam has been transformative for our organization. His ability to create a thoughtful framework grounded in our values allowed us to effectively engage with partners and communicate our vision to the community. He served as both a strategic and implementation partner, helping us navigate complex challenges while fostering a collaborative environment. Adam's insights and support have empowered us to move forward with confidence and clarity in our mission"

What is the Social Innovation Studio?
The Social Innovation Studio is an 10-week guided experience designed for purpose-driven founders who are ready to transform a vision into a real-world offering. It helps you design, test, and refine an innovative product or service that’s aligned with your purpose and financially viable—all while rooted in systemic impact.
When are the specific dates?
We're still finalizing the exact dates with our partners, but the Studio will likely kickoff mid-June and run until early September.
What tools and frameworks will we be using?
We will use tools from across Regenerative Design and Development, Lean Startup, and Business Model Innovation
  • System Exploration Interviews: To explore the most potent places where an offering would drive demand and cohere a system
  • Vitality-Viability-Evolution & Tetrad: To create experiments for systemic impact, not just business success.
  • Experience Design Interviews: To design an offering that creates delight and value for everyone involved.
Is this for a specific industry?
We have chosen to keep the studio industry-agnostic. This allows social innovators to learn the deeper principles of success, regardless of industry while keeping the creative space. We've found that industry-specific spaces, while useful for accelerating growth in ventures with established offerings, can stifle innovations through best practices in the design phase.
However, we're dedicated to growing a diverse pool of mentors for you to work with, so we will do our best to find someone to support you that's relevant to your industry during the studio.
What makes this different from other accelerators?
Unlike traditional accelerators focused solely on business metrics, we balance internal purpose with financial viability and systemic transformation. Our approach integrates joy and meaning into the innovation process, helping you work on yourself during the process.
How much time will I need to commit each week?
Besides the bi-weekly sessions, expect to spend 2-3 hours weekly on experiments, peer groups, and implementation. The program is designed to work with your existing projects rather than adding separate tasks.
